In case of registration of a single-member limited liability company, the company is owned by a single person. The capital also belongs to one person or one partner.
For registration of an LTD company it is necessary to deposit a capital of at least 2lv. In a fundraising account, you must indicate one partner, one natural or legal person, and clarify the name of the LTD company in Bulgarian or English.

There are several reasons why you need to register a company. The first reason is that it is required by law. If you wantto participate in the commercial turnover, you need to register your company. If you have had a turnover of at least BGN 100 000 in the last 12 months, you are required to apply for VAT registration. This registration is not compulsory for all persons unless you have generated turnover. Note that it is the amount of sales that is at issue, not the amount of profit. You must apply for registration within 14 days of the end of the last 12 months, regardless of regardless of when you reached the turnover of 100 000 leva.
